Meet The Team

Excellence in Quality and Comfort

At EQ Dental, our goal as a team is to ensure you experience a pleasant visit with every trip to our Fort Worth office. We dedicate ourselves to improving the health, function, and appearance of your smile while assisting you in maintaining good oral hygiene between visits. Dr. Young keeps an office up-to-date with modern technology for efficient visits. We have also selected dental units that utilize only bottled distilled water, rather than tap, so your teeth are exposed to clean water with every treatment and procedure.

Dr. Young has a family of his own and is committed to providing you the same comfortable, thorough care he expects for his own loved ones. By listening to your concerns and using his advanced skills, including an extensive background in oral and restorative surgery, he provides efficient, effective treatments for lifelong oral health. Additionally, he welcomes questions and discussion, as he places a great deal of emphasis on the importance of dental education. He is the type of dentist who, rather than rushing you out of the dental chair, makes time for each of his patients.

Excellence in Quality and Comfort

The dental field has been my career choice since 2009 and I could not imagine working in any other field. After receiving my Registered Dental Assistant certification I decided my skills were best utilized in the front office. Customer service is of upmost importance to me and I pride myself on providing excellent patient service. EQ Dental has been my home since March 2013 and I thoroughly enjoy working with Dr. Young. In my free time, I enjoy continuing my education with business classes and attending rodeos with my family. I look forward to meeting you at your first visit!

As far back as I can remember, I've always been interested in the dental field. I received my RDA license in February of 2014 and then began working for Dr. Young in December of 2015. I really love working with this team, especially Dr. Young.

My favorite thing about working in the dental industry is seeing the boost of confidence in our patients when they leave our office. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and two children.

My name is Aysa. I have been working in dentistry for over 8 years, 2 of which have been with Dr. Thomas Young. I have worked as both a RDA (registered dental assistant) and a patient care coordinator. One of the things I enjoy most about dentistry is to see how changing a patient’s smile transforms their lives. I aspire to make every patient feel at home when they walk through the door. My husband and I have 2 children that enrich my life every day. In my free time I love doing all things outdoorsy with my family.

My name is Cindy. I have been in dentistry many years. I started as a dental assistant and went on to assisting for orthodontics as well as oral surgery before moving on to the front office. As a result, I have a good understanding of all aspects of dentistry. I get great satisfaction from helping others and I love my job. In my spare time I enjoy shopping and spending time with my grandchildren Lexi, Dalilah and Adrian.

Within the dental field, quality patient care, education, and health have always been my passions.I make sure to treat each patient as an individual and help our patients feel welcome with a positive and cheerful attitude. Having been born and raised in Russia, I graduated from Teaching Training University there before moving to the U.S.. I learned that helping patients achieve their dental goals through education and motivation comes first. Then I continued my education in Dental Hygiene Program at El Centro College in Texas.
I was a dental assistant for 3 years prior to becoming a dental hygienist, and I take pride in staying up-to-date on all of the newest hygiene and dental concepts and technology.

EQ Dental is the perfect place for me because I am surrounded with fun-loving and energetic people that help me to build relationships with, and care for, our patients.Outside of the dental office, I love spending time with my husband Mo; we enjoy activities together such as horseback riding, going to the gym, shooting, and attending, or at least watching Dallas Cowboys games.

My name is Angela. I started working in the dental field when I was 16 and have worked as a hygienist for almost 20 years. I have always enjoyed meeting new people and have formed many great friendships with my patients throughout the years. I work very hard to ensure my patients' comfort and keep them educated about their oral hygiene. I have two perfect daughters, Barrett and Riley, and when I'm not in the office I enjoy nothing more than getting to watch them in all of their many activities, from soccer and dance to horseback riding.

I have passion for the field of dentistry, quality patient care, education, and health. I started in the dental office in 1997, where my mom is also a dental hygienist. I was able to learn and work in the office, which was a huge benefit to understanding all parts of a dental office. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2006, earning an undergraduate in Psychology. I then completed a hygiene program in 2009 from Amarillo College.

God has given me the man of my dreams, Drew. We married in 2009 and lived in Keller. Our son Ty was born in 2011. Doors have opened that led us to the hill country. We now live in San Marcos. I am able to stay home with our son and love every day with him. My family lives in the DFW Metroplex. This opportunity to serve patients at EQ Dental with Dr. Young once a month is such a joy. I get to do what I'm passionate about and see the family. When I'm not working you can find me with Ty and somewhere outside. We love living by the river, swimming, fishing, driving our tractor or FJ-40, hunting, traveling and cooking.

I graduated from the Texas Academy of Dental Assisting in 2015 and joined the exceptional team here at EQ Dental in 2016. I chose the dental field because I genuinely enjoy helping others and when I see the smiles on my patients' faces, I'm reassured every time that I made the right career choice. I am the liaison between Dr. Young and our patients; it is my job to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and receive the best care possible. When I'm not at the office I spend my time shopping, or with my family and sweet fur child, Oakley!

Hi, my name is Ryker. After obtaining my BS in Biology from the University of North Texas I decided to become a dental assistant. Ever since, I've been with EQ Dental and loving it.

Our patients are absolutely my number one priority. I try to create the most welcoming environment I can while explaining everything each step of the way so we can provide the highest quality of care possible. In the future I plan to become a dentist myself and continue serving patients by giving them beautiful and healthy smiles. In my free time you can find me spending time with my friends and family, hiking, playing soccer or taking care of my spoiled pup, Roxy.

I’ve had the pleasure of being part of The EQ Dental team since 2013. I’m passionate about being a patient advocate. There’s nothing like the satisfied look on a patients face after we've helped educate and understand the sometimes confusing world of dentistry. I love being able to get to know our patients, calm their fears, answer questions and make them feel as part of our family.

Another passion of mine is my family! I cannot spend enough time with my husband Mike, our daughter Leilah and our son Hector. They sure know how to make my heart smile and getting to spend time with them is something I extremely value.

For the past decade, I have been a Dental Assistant, and I have been at p Dr. Young’s office since August 2016. I feel very blessed to be part of his team. One of the things I enjoy the most about dentistry is seeing how changing a patient’s smile can transform their lives. I also love meeting new patients. In my spare time, I love working out and playing with my lovely dog, who is a four pound Yorkie.
